Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract
Location: Folsom, CA (Not the right fit? We have additional OT opportunities available throughout California.)
Pay: $2,400-2,600 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
Schedule: Day shifts | 36–40 hours per week

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Outpatient Facility in Folsom, CA. This 13-week travel assignment offers competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric outpatient OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based OT interventions tailored to pediatric clients.

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support goals.

  • Document progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in electronic health records.

  • Monitor client progress against targets and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional standards of care.

  • Utilize data and metrics to demonstrate impact and justify services.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and pursue growth opportunities.

  • Participate in care coordination meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and patient reach within territory.

  • Maintain on-site clinical presence with high visibility to stakeholders.

  • Adhere to contract terms, billing practices, and productivity targets.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric specialty and active state license.

  • Experience delivering outpatient pediatric OT assessments and treatment plans.

  • Proficiency in EHR documentation, outcome tracking, and progress reporting.

  • Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.

  • Strong data-driven mindset; monitor progress against targets and adjust plans.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and professional standards in pediatric OT.

  • Experience implementing evidence-based interventions and outcome measures.

  • Ability to work on-site with high visibility and maintain professional presence.

  • Contract role readiness; comply with billing, productivity targets, and territory planning.

  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
