Occupational Therapist

• Degree: Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure/Certification: Must hold a current state license and NBCOT certification. Current BLS via the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Experience: 12 years of practice in an Occupational Therapy setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Professional affiliation with AOTA and/or OTAC.
