    Occupational Therapist

    Location: Taylor, MI

    Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

    Grade Levels: PreK-12th grade

    Caseload: You will serve as a district-wide OT, supporting students across a variety of ages and abilities.

    Salary Range: $57,500-$78,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

    Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

    AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide full-time, onsite therapy in Taylor, Michigan. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams across the district to support PreK-12th grade students and maintain manageable caseload sizes.     Responsibilities

    • Provide full-time occupational therapy services, Monday-Friday.
    • Conduct evaluations, help develop IFSPs/IEPs as appropriate, and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.
    • Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and other related service providers to support students’ skills across both classroom and individual settings including in the home.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
    • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

    Qualifications

    • Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MI.
    • Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Passion for working with diverse student populations.
