At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis $36.93to$49.71hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth. Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist evaluates, develops and implements the plan of care for patients in the acute hospital setting. The OT may assist with development and maintenance of department programs, policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Supervisor. Qualifications: BachelorsDegree or Masters Degreefrom an accredited Occupational Therapyprogram and current Mass OT license required.
