Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team at Alden Park Strathmoor in Rockford, IL, a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

What We’re Looking For

Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
