Responsibilities include general inpatient & outpatient assessment & treatment for veterans with physical dysfunction neurological & orthopedic diagnoses plan & carry out rehabilitation related to occupational therapy provide discharge planning & provide post-acute care planning & Veteran care needs within the community or short-termlong-term facility settings.
