Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Acute care experience.
• OT Certification required for this assignment.
• Alaska state fingerprint and state background must be cleared or in provisional status to start working.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 0730-1800.
• Weekend rotation required, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Weekend requirements: 2-3 weekends per month.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Scrub color: light green.

Location Highlights

Anchorage offers access to urban amenities and Alaska wilderness in one location. Downtown Anchorage includes the Anchorage Museum and Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, and the city sits about 10 miles from Chugach State Park. Travelers can reach Flattop Mountain Trail in about 20 minutes, and the Alaska Railroad Depot provides service to destinations including Denali and Seward. The city also offers views of Cook Inlet and easy access to wildlife areas such as Potter Marsh, which is about 7 miles south of downtown.
