Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics with upper extremity focus, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand treatment.
• Demonstrated hand therapy experience required; splinting experience preferred. (Client expects hand experience.)
• Experience managing general orthopedic caseloads and providing multidisciplinary care when indicated. Stroke rehabilitation experience is preferred for occasional cases (1–2 per week).
• Ability to manage up to 12 visits per day as expected by the client.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Client expectation: Up to 12 visits per day with a primary focus on upper extremity orthopedic cases and hand treatment.
• Occasional multidisciplinary collaboration for stroke cases, approximately 1–2 cases per week.
