Occupational Therapist

Our client is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services in Victorville, CA. This role offers flexible scheduling options and a supportive environment where your skills and compassion will make a lasting impact on patient recovery and wellness.

This position is with a patient driven, innovative, long-term contract and full-service rehabilitation company working with allied health since 1995 providing a comprehensive continuum of physical, occupational, and speech therapies to various medical settings throughout California with expertise in Post-Acute Care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinic. This particular role will work in a transitional care center. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide exceptional occupational therapy care across various settings
•  Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

Schedule and Shift Details

•  Full-time schedule up to 36 hours per week with flexible shifts available
• 10-13 Week Contract Position w/ Possibility to Extend starting 3/02

Rates subject to change based on various factors including travel reimbursement, per diem, etc.
