| CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: | 9-10 kids per day Direct 1 on 1 – 30 or 60 mins depending on plan of care. 50-60% productivity expected 20% cancel rate Documentation expected to be completed at point of service. Will have time during cancellations as well. Doc due w/in 24hrs of seeing patient. |

| ADDITIONAL INFO: | Owner is super sweet. They have started using travelers more normally bc they have had great experiences. Days clinic is closed: New Year’s Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving day Christmas Day New Years Day If schools close due to weather, the clinic will likely close as well. |
