Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage Ocean Inbound and drayage operations Perform daily inbound shipment tracking and follow up on pending shipments Conduct freight invoice verification Manage carrier performance and coordinate with drayage providers Communicate effectively with internal customers, factories, warehouses, ports, and carriers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations Ensure shipment commitments are delivered as promised Maintain accurate records and closely manage operational details

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field of study 0-2 years of Logistics experience Some Supply Chain experience with international suppliers and carriers Experience with MS Excel (Pivot Table & Lookup function) Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software is preferred Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Electronics logistics experience preferred Highly detail-oriented and responsible Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders
