We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our preschool team. This role is the first point of contact for families and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support enrollment efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and manage incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette
Provide information about programs, tuition, and enrollment processes
Schedule tours and follow up with prospective families to support enrollment growth
Maintain accurate student records and administrative files
Assist with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
Support billing, invoicing, and general office tasks as needed
Coordinate communication between staff and families
Help plan and support school events and activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred (early childhood setting a plus)
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Sales mindset with the ability to build relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience with preschool or childcare enrollment processes
