A real estate office is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations and assist with property management coordination. QuickBooks & Excel experience preferred.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer calls and manage email communication

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and tenant needs

  • Manage lease renewals and related documentation

  • Handle billing, collections, and basic reconciliations

  • Support a small team with administrative tasks

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks & Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities

  • Experience in real estate or administration preferred

  • Ability to work independently and support a small team

 

Salary: $50k - $55k/Year
