As an Administrative Assistant within the Operations Function for the North America Operating Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting leaders and teams that keep our business running seamlessly.


This role provides the opportunity to work cross‑functionally and contribute to high‑impact initiatives that touch every part of our North America operations. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, proactive thinking, and a spirit of collaboration to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You will manage calendars and logistics, coordinate communication efficiently, and ensure smooth execution of essential administrative processes. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, resourceful, and energized by working with diverse teams across multiple business areas.


This role reports to our office located in Plano, TX Monday - Friday.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Executive and Team Coordination – Manage and prioritize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and anticipate needs to ensure business continuity and minimal interruptions.
  • Travel Management – Coordinate end‑to‑end travel and expense processes in alignment with The Coca‑Cola Company’s Travel Policy, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Meeting and Logistics Support – Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing materials, scheduling facilities, planning hospitality, and supporting visiting leadership.
  • Administrative Excellence – Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, and data entry with precision and confidentiality.
  • Information Management – Maintain accurate records, assist with departmental budgets or project tracking, and update relevant databases or shared platforms.
  • Project Coordination – Support minor project activities including timelines, status tracking, and coordination between cross‑functional teams.
  • Communication Stewardship – Serve as a professional contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear, respectful, and collaborative communication.
  • Operational Support – Assist with onboarding coordination, supply ordering, and system entries related to internal operations or departmental functions.
  • Office Management and Relocation Coordination –
    • Lead and coordinate activities related to the move to a new office location for the Operations Function.
    • Partner with Facilities, Procurement, and IT to plan and execute all aspects of the workspace setup, including furniture, technology, and equipment installation.
    • Manage logistics for the office transition, ensuring readiness, organization, and functionality of the new workspace.
    • Serve as the main resource for day‑to‑day office operations, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep following the move.
    • Support employees through the transition process, communicating updates and ensuring continuity of essential services.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas that support efficiency, technology adoption, and enhanced team productivity.
  • Team Collaboration – Partner closely with other administrative professionals across North America to support organizational events and shared initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or support role within a corporate environment; experience in operations, sales, or professional services a plus.
  • Capabilities:
    • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, use discretion, and exercise sound judgment.
    • Proven ability to coordinate logistics, manage travel schedules, and support executive calendars with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Resourceful problem solver who adapts quickly to changing priorities and environments.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating needs or resolving challenges before they arise.
    • Comfort using collaboration tools and digital platforms to track work, share information, and manage workflows.

Pay Range:

United States: 80,300 - 95,700 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
