POSITION: Office Administrator — Full-Time
LOCATION: Kinston, NC Clinic (posted in Greenville area for wider reach)
PAY RANGE: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (On-Site, Monday–Friday)
Dixon Social Interactive Services (DSIS) is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily front-office operations at our Kinston outpatient clinic. This person will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and partners—setting the tone for professionalism, care, and efficiency at the site.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps things running smoothly without needing to be micromanaged.
Greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, route messages, and maintain front desk flow
Manage scheduling, appointment logs, and basic intake coordination
Maintain cleanliness and order of waiting area and administrative spaces
Track office supplies, vendor requests, and facility needs
Provide administrative support to Clinical Managers and Site Leadership
Assist with filing, onboarding packets, and document organization as needed
Communicate clearly with leadership about site needs or operational gaps

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must
$18–$20/hour depending on experience
Consistent weekday schedule, full-time hours
