Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator

Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional workplace environment. This individual will support office operations, coordinate meetings and events, manage vendors and supplies, oversee shipping and receiving, and handle a variety of administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace organization
Coordinate office supplies, kitchen inventory, and common areas
Support meetings, calendars, conference room scheduling, and logistics
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office maintenance
Organize lunches, catering, employee events, and team activities
Welcome guests and ensure a positive office experience
Handle local errands and deliveries as needed
Take ownership of special projects and administrative initiatives
Qualifications
3+ years of office management, administrative, or related experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional, service-oriented approach with a hands-on mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided)

The client offers medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays and up to 15 days PTO.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
