Piper Companies is looking for a Office Administrator to join a consulting firm in Bethesda, Maryland. This is a long term opportunity that will move very quickly!

Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:

  • Perform various administrative tasks in support of Executive Leadership Team such as coordinating meetings, managing calendars, company events, organizing travel, and submitting expense reports
  • Provide support to the company with faxing, filing, mailings, and other projects
  • Maintain groceries and office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

Qualifications for the Office Administrator:

  • 3+ years professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and the passion to provide internal and external customers with an above and beyond experience
  • The ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities at once and think outside the box to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Experience using Concur for expense reports is preferred

Compensation/Benefits for the Office Administrator:

  • $50,000 - $60,000
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, sick Leave as required by law
