Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a privately held manufacturer of ruggedized electronics serving the defense and aviation markets. Its team builds computers, printers, and related equipment designed to keep working in demanding conditions, and its customers include prime contractors and government programs that expect precision and a paper trail to match.
The company was started by engineers and operations leaders with deep roots in military and aerospace work, and it still runs with a hands on, leadership accessible culture. Teams are lean, so everyone’s contribution is noticed. The facility is in Southern California, and this role is onsite.
Why join us?
A way into the quality field. If you have little or some quality assurance exposure, this is a chance to learn how a regulated manufacturer keeps its records, audits, and customer commitments in order, working alongside experienced quality professionals.
A role that matters. The quality department depends on accurate, organized documentation. Your work keeps audits smooth and shipments moving.
Visibility. In a small organization, you will interact with engineering, production, and leadership, not sit in a silo.
Room to grow. Administrators who show strong judgment and curiosity can build toward document control, quality technician, or quality coordinator paths.
Stability. A long established private company with repeat customers offers a steady place to build a career.
