Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. 
You will be responsible for, review and analyze reports, data entry, accounting related tasks, receive and make calls.
This is role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties related to accounting, data analyze, etc..
- Assist management in operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, prepare meetings and responding to inquiries
- Filing invoices and data entry of invoices
- Pull and analyze reports
 - Handle confidential information with discretion
 - Assist in financial management tasks, including expense tracking and reporting
 - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in Quickbooks Online and MS Excel
- Professional etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent oral and written ability in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Starting at $15, base on experience
