We have an immediate opening for an outgoing and organized Inside sales rep for our Charlotte location. This team member will be our Showroom Consultant while ensuring excellent customer experience for our new and existing clients. This position is heavily weighted towards being on the phone. You will play a key role in establishing strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of our sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals. Job Responsibilities:Calling all new leads and scheduling sales appointmentsFielding inbound callsBuild rapport and maintain strong customer relationships with current clients and new prospectsCalling & following up on outstanding quotesMaintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systemsGreet and assist showroom visitors with product selectionShowcase features and benefits of our window fashions product linesMaintain a clean and organized showroom and workspaceHelp host customer events at our showroomPerform administrative duties necessary to support the overall business Qualities of an Ideal Candidate:High energy on the phoneConfidence working independentlyExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenOutgoing personality and positive attitudeWell organized, detail-oriented, and efficientAbility to multitask and effectively manage timeMotivated self-starter and team playerExperience utilizing computer systems and an aptitude to quickly learn new systemsCustomer service orientedProfessional and dependableAbility to work in a fast paced environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience in an office role Benefits:401K matchingPaid Time OffSupplemental healthcare and insurance options Compensation:Full-time, hourly positionMon-Fri 9:00-5:30$20-25/hour, depending on experience
