We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for a university's Human Resources department, starting ASAP for approximately 3 months, with potential extension.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to HR staff
- Administering benefits and handling confidential information
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
- Preparing reports, presentations, worksheets, and charts using Microsoft Office tools
- Managing databases and data entry
- Collaborating with administrative staff on reports and projects
- Interacting professionally with stakeholders
Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
