Temporary Office Assistant Human Resources
Our client, a local University, is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to work in the Human Resources department. Start date is ASAP will last for 3 months, possibly longer.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrativeand clerical support to the members of the Human Resources department
- Administering benefits
- Handling highly confidential information
- Scheduling meetings
- Collating information, either regular or ad hoc, for reporting or administration of the department (Microsoft Office)
- Creating and (as directed) reports, presentations, worksheets and charts using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Database management including data input
- Partnering with other executive administrative staff in the orchestration of meetings, report generation and projects
- Interacting in a professional manner with various stakeholders
Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
