Hieu Tran – COUNTRY Financial in Lombard is looking for an Office Associate to help support our team and provide a welcoming experience for our customers.


Vietnamese bilingual skills are highly preferred—we would really love to find someone who speaks Vietnamese and English. If you're comfortable working with people, willing to learn, and looking for an opportunity to grow, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do

• Answer phones and help customers with basic questions.
• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance in the office.
• Direct customer questions and requests to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and office tasks.
• Organize customer records, documents, and paperwork.
• Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
• Support the team with general office needs.
• Learn about insurance products and agency processes.
• Help create a professional and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Vietnamese/English is strongly preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people.
• Dependable and organized.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers.
• Willing to learn new computer systems and technology.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Previous office, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
