Originally started in the residential remodeling industry but, has evolved into providing cleaning services to Commercial General Contractors in the construction industry. All projects have been major commercial retail stores, office buildings and data centers. Great Business Owner who enjoys seeing workers work hard while having a good time. About the Job
We're seeking Cleaning Technicians to work at a major Data Center in the San Antonio area. All workers to start on 12/1/25!  There will be additional opportunities to work at this location along with another Data Center site. 



 Responsibilities:

• Removal of light trash from floors.
• Removal of any and all stickers, pencil marks off of glass windows, doors and frames
• Wiping down door frames, window frames and doors to free of dust, paint, glue, etc.
• Dusting of all office walls.
• Cleaning of all grills and vents to free of dust and or debris.
• Dusting of all wood and window shades.
• Spot dusting of all light fixtures.
• Cleaning of all cabinets inside and out.
• Cleaning of all office windows (inside only).
• Vacuum carpeting of entire office.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Work Hours:

• 7am - 4p.m. Monday-Friday

​Qualifications:

• Must have a valid I.D. and your own transportation
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Hard working is a must
• Must be punctual for work
