Position Overview

Perform wide-range of general administrative duties to support on-going operational needs. Handle routine human resource administration, fleet management, and branch-wide safety and compliance programs.

Tasks

  • Verify accuracy of invoices.
  • Compute, record data and other information, such as EOM report filing.
  • Input orders for customers.
  • Maintain positive customer relations.
  • Assist sales representatives as needed.
  • Support on-going sales activities as appropriate.
  • Purchasing and inventory control
  • Prepare credit memos as appropriate.
  • Handle credit reference requests.
  • Obtain and updates customer's application document such as sales and use tax.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information as appropriate.
  • Answer telephones, door, and direct calls and take messages.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems.
  • Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer routine correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Light maintenance duties.
  • Provide back up support for other administrative functions (cross-training).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year
  • Education: High School/G.E.D (College Preferred)
  • Special Training: FDA, OSHA, etc.
  • Additional Requirements: Prefer Bilingual (English w/ other language such as Korean, Chinese or Japanese)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
