Cooper Electric Supply, LLC we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can offer exciting opportunities to grow your career.Whatyouwill do:- Answer phone calls and ensure each call is transferred to the appropriate party.- Greets and screens visitors, routing them to appropriate area or person.- Coordinates meetings by booking conference room, making sure necessary IT supplies are available and operational, and coordinating catering.- Provide administrative support to all corporate and supply chain departments.- Manages the booking of conference and training rooms and ensures that the rooms are ready for use.- Monitors the interior building and the exterior grounds and coordinates with the facilities team to ensure that all areas are appropriately maintained.- Reads and routes incoming mail.
