    ObjectiveThe Office Coordinator serves as the primary onsite resource for office operations at Perspective Therapeutics' Seattle headquarters. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, this role is responsible for ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently by managing day-to-day administrative activities, workplace services, office resources, vendor coordination, and employee support.In addition, the Office Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the CEO and senior leaders as needed, assisting with meeting coordination, special projects, purchasing activities, expense reconciliation, travel logistics, and other operational priorities.The role also supports employee experience and workplace initiatives by coordinating company meetings and events, onboarding activities, employee communications, and other programs that help foster a positive and productive work environment. Working collaboratively across departments, the Office Coordinator serves as a trusted resource who helps connect people, solve problems, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

    Essential Functions

    Office Operations
    • Serve as the primary onsite resource for day-to-day office operations at the Seattle headquarters.
    • Receive, sort, scan, distribute, and process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Coordinate outgoing mail, courier shipments, and overnight deliveries.
    • Process bank deposits, including receiving and depositing incoming checks and maintaining appropriate documentation.
    • Maintain office supplies, kitchen, and breakroom inventory, including ordering snacks, beverages, office supplies, and other workplace necessities.
    • Coordinate with building management and service providers to address maintenance requests and workplace needs.
    • Coordinate IT support requests and equipment needs for Seattle-based employees in partnership with the Information Technology team.
    • Maintain conference rooms, common spaces, and kitchen to ensure a professional and welcoming work environment.
    • Support workplace safety activities and maintain office preparedness programs, supplies, and postings.
    Executive & Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative and project support to the CEO and senior leaders as needed.
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up activities for executive projects and initiatives.
    • Assist with special projects, research, purchasing requests, and other administrative activities in support of business operations.
    • Support executive travel coordination and related logistics as requested.
    • Assist with expense reporting, corporate credit card reconciliations, receipt tracking, and related documentation.
    • Coordinate special purchases, gifts, and vendor orders for executive and business needs.
    Employee Experience & Culture
    • Help create a positive employee experience by serving as a welcoming and accessible resource for employees and visitors.
    • Manage company-branded merchandise and employee welcome items, maintaining inventory levels and coordinating distribution across the organization.
    • Assist with planning and execution of company meetings, All Hands Meetings, holiday celebrations, and special events.
    • Support onboarding activities and help ensure new employees feel welcomed and connected to Perspective's culture and values.  Includes preparing welcome communications, orientation scheduling, and new hire materials.
    • Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
    • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate visits as needed.
    • Support People & Culture projects, employee surveys, compliance activities, and other administrative initiatives.
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive business matters.
    Workplace & Operational Support
    • Coordinate visitor access and site logistics for candidates, vendors, and occasional guests.
    • Prepare meeting spaces and assist with meeting logistics for leadership meetings, interviews, and company events.
    • Coordinate technology onboarding and equipment requests in partnership with the Information Technology team.
    • Track office equipment, service requests, and facilities needs and coordinate with vendors or internal teams as needed.
    • Support workplace safety activities and maintain office preparedness supplies and materials.

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Prior experience in office administration, administrative support, customer service, hospitality, Human Resources support, or a related role preferred.
    • Experience supporting meetings, calendars, events, office operations, or project coordination preferred.
    • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other professional office environments is a plus.

    Knowledge / Skill / Ability

    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
    • Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and support a variety of business needs.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on commitments.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and the ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
    • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and support employee experience, office operations, and special projects as needed.

    • This position is based primarily onsite at Perspective Therapeutics' Seattle, Washington headquarters.
    • Includes extensive computer, phone, and video conferencing work.
    • Frequently moves about the office to support employees, meetings, office operations, events, and workplace activities.
    • May occasionally lift and/or move office supplies, packages, meeting materials, event supplies, and employee welcome kits weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Regular interaction with employees, vendors, visitors, and external service providers.
    • Work is performed in a professional office environment with routine interruptions and changing priorities requiring flexibility and responsiveness.
    • May occasionally support company meetings, employee events, offsite activities, or special projects outside of standard business hours.
    • Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
