Office Engineer

GPI seeks motivated and experienced Office Engineers to work on bridge & highway construction projects with the NJDOT or other local agencies in the New Jersey region. Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining all project documentationReviewing and processing contractor's payment requisitionsPreparing and processing change orders and submittalsProject closeout and Inter-agency coordinationComplete daily work reports and payments for completed workActs as a liaison between project management, subcontractors, and site engineers to resolve problems Qualifications: 5 years of experience working as an Office Engineer on NJDOT highway and/or bridge projectsNICET III certification is requiredOccasional extended work hours such as Night Shift /Weekend work availabilityKnowledge of MURK recordkeeping, including SiteManager and EBO
