Job Description : Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are well maintained.
  • Support office administration, pantry, stationery, and workplace logistics.
  • Assist with employee onboarding logistics, access cards, and workplace requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and routine facility services. Support office events, employee engagement activities, and other operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, security protocols, and administrative procedures. Provide general administrative support to the Support Operations team as required.
