A well-established firm in Bel Air, MD is looking for a polished and dependable OfficeManager to support a professional team. This is a front-facing role where attention to detail and a warm, composed presence matter as much as organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings
- Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a welcoming experience
- Manage all outgoing mailings and correspondence
- Maintain calendars
- Compose correspondence and proposals
- Order and maintain office supplies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidential information
