Operations Manager

Location: Brooklyn NY
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE

A rapidly growing company is seeking an organized, level-headed, and dependable Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations and support a growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep things running smoothly, solve problems as they arise, and provide strong support to both office and field staff.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day operations while helping the company continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily company operations.
  • Support office staff and field teams to ensure projects and tasks stay on track.
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and operational planning.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Serve as a point of contact between management, office staff, and field personnel.
