    Description

    This is not a traditional administrative role. You will serve as the right hand to a Managing Partner leading a portfolio of companies in restoration, roofing, and real estate finance. As the organization enters a focused rebuild and scale phase, this position will directly influence how quickly and effectively we grow.

    Your responsibility is to create clarity, optimize communication and workflows, and drive execution across multiple businesses. You will centralize communication, protect leadership focus, and ensure priorities move from idea to implementation.     *Please note this is NOT a remote position or hybrid. This is 100% IN-OFFICE.

    What You'll Own

    Executive Leverage

    • Calendar ownership and schedule optimization
    • Inbox triage and communication filtering
    • Meeting prep, follow-up, and action tracking

    Cross-Company Coordination

    • Centralize communication across 3-4 businesses
    • Track initiatives and ensure execution
    • Create clarity where there is complexity

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Advanced Excel reporting (formulas, dashboards, tracking)
    • PowerPoint deck creation
    • KPI reporting and executive summaries

    Finance & Contracts

    • Support invoicing workflows
    • Assist with QuickBooks visibility
    • Track vendor, subcontractor, and employment agreements
    • Coordinate with CPA and lenders

    Legal & Vendor Liaison

    • Interface with attorneys, IT vendors, and service providers
    • Support contract renewals and compliance tracking

    Light Office Leadership (initially)

    • Oversee organization systems
    • Manage licensing renewals
    • Support documentation and SOP creation

    Potential bonus capability:

    • Light social media execution (not strategy)

    Compensation

    • Competitive base salary ($58K-$62K) plus a performance-based bonus opportunity (target 15-20% of base), aligned with company performance and execution of key initiatives. Details discussed in interviews.

    5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, property management, trades, facilities management, or service-industry operations experience strongly preferred.

    Compensation

    • Compensation includes a competitive base salary ($58K-$62K) plus a performance-based bonus opportunity (target 15-20% of base), aligned with company performance and execution of key initiatives. Details discussed in interviews.
