Job Description
Senior Helpers is seeking an organized, compassionate, and accountable Office Manager to lead daily operations and support our clients, caregivers, and office team.
Previous experience working in a home care agency is a required qualification for this position. Candidates must understand caregiver scheduling, client coordination, staffing challenges, and the importance of dependable care at home.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and support the team.
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, address call-offs, and maintain continuity of care.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support hiring, onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Hold team members accountable for communication, follow-through, and service quality.
Required qualifications
- Experience working within a home care agency, with responsibilities in scheduling, care coordination, office operations, or management.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly to unexpected changes.
- Understanding of client confidentiality and home care documentation requirements.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with WellSky or a similar home care scheduling system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $27–$31 per hour, based on relevant home care experience and leadership skills.
