    Office Manager – Northern Nevada
    Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental network with 45+ locations and continues to grow statewide! We’re looking for strong, results-driven leaders to oversee operations and guide high-performing teams across Northern Nevada.

    What We Offer

    Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
    Performance Bonuses: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
    Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (clawback terms apply)

    Some Office Manager roles may require travel between nearby practices as part of operational oversight.

    What You Will Do

    • ‍ Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
    • Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
    • Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
    • ‍ Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
    • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management
    • Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations

    What You Bring

    • Experience in medical or dental office management
    • Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset
    • Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
    • Weekend availability as needed
    • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
    • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
