We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to help power the day-to-day experience of our studio. This role is at the heart of our workplace creating an environment where our teams can do their best creative work while feeling supported, inspired, and connected.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming face of our studio—greet visitors, partners, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Keep the office running smoothly by organizing operations, procedures, and systems that support a safe, comfortable, and engaging workplace
• Oversee day-to-day office needs including maintenance, mail, supplies, equipment, vendor services, invoices, and office snacks/groceries
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management, including negotiating contracts and pricing
• Support the leadership team with monthly expense tracking and reporting
• Help bring our culture to life by planning and executing company events, team gatherings, and special experiences
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to events and office initiatives
• Take ownership of additional projects and improvements that enhance employee experience

Requirements:

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace coordination, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Proven experience planning and executing events (corporate or creative environments a plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you anticipate needs before they arise
• A genuine passion for video games and an interest in gaming culture
