Your Responsibilities as an Office Manager
As an office manager, you'll be responsible for creating systems, implementing procedures, holding the team and staff accountable and reporting daily and weekly updates.
- Supervise all office employees, ensuring productivity, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with company standards.
- Interview & train new office employees.
- Coordinate with vendors to keep the office clean, safe, stocked, and well maintained.
- Supervise purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for the organization.
- Communicate effectively with management, field staff, and customers.
Requirements for the Office Manger Role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years prior office administrative experience or related experience, preferably in the home services industry.
- Clear & effective written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
We offer competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. During your 90-day training period you will receive hourly training pay.
After training, you will receive a salary based on experience.
