Since 1984, Larkin Street Youth Services has helped more than 75,000 young adults in San Francisco with outreach, shelter, housing, education, employment, healthcare, and other services.
Today, Larkin Street Youth Services is the largest provider of housing and services to homeless youth in the Bay Area. We serve 1,500 youth annually, operating or partnering to provide more than 500 emergency shelter, transitional, supportive, and subsidy-based housing beds at several unique sites across San Francisco.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, the Office Manager is responsible for upholding a high level of customer service in the lobby areas, screening visitors, and triaging appropriately within the building and programs. The Office Manager is a role that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the agency's daily administrative functions. This includes overseeing office systems, supporting leadership and staff, managing supplies and vendors, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring a welcoming and well-organized work environment. The Office Manager plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and support the mission-driven work of the agency.
