Office Manager Responsibilities

Knowledge of SAP or ERP Systems

Purchasing:

  • Generate Purchase Requisitions
  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Order/Maintain Office Supplies, Uniforms, Consumables
  • Receive/Process Items

Inventory:

  • Perform/Process Cycle Counts
  • Confirm/Process Material Movements
  • Track/Maintain Stock Levels
  • Scheduling
  • Coordinate Truck Deliveries and Pickups
  • Communicate Daily Status Reports
  • Generate Manuel Scale Tickets/BOL’s
  • Process BOL’s via Weighbridge Application

Administrative Support

  • Point of Contact for all Vendors and Suppliers
  • Enter/Process New Vendors/Suppliers
  • Process/Submit Add-Changes for New Vendors/Suppliers
  • Collect/Maintain Documents for Record Keeping and Compliance
  • Perform Drug Screening
  • New Hire / Visitors Onboarding
  • Lead Safety Committee, Conduct 26 Week Training Program

Other duties as assigned.
