We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and growth-minded

Our office is a fast-paced, production-driven environment where you will gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, relationship building, business development, office operations, leadership, and overall agency growth.
What You'll Do
- Generate and develop new customer opportunities
- Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Build relationships and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
- Meet monthly production and activity goals
- Learn how to manage and grow a book of business
- Develop leadership, business management, and team-building skills
- Participate in agency marketing and community outreach
- Learn the daily operations behind running a successful agency
- Work directly with the agency owner on professional development and preparation for future leadership opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous customer-facing, business development, or sales experience is a plus
