Office Services Clerk — Downtown Seattle Law Firm

An established Law firm in downtown Seattle is hiring an Office Services Clerk to join their team. You will be the operational backbone of a busy professional office — keeping mail, documents, meetings, and shared spaces running smoothly with professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Process, scan, and distribute mail and packages, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage high-volume copying, binding, and document scanning projects.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering for meetings.
  • Maintain and replenish office and mailroom supply inventory.
  • Provide backup reception coverage — phone calls, visitor greeting, and message management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office services, or mailroom role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and comfort working in a confidential, client-facing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Fully on-site availability in downtown Seattle — no remote or hybrid option.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$60,000 annually | 401(k) | Profit Sharing | Full Benefits Package
