SummaryAs an Office Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a small team or department, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with financial, contractual, and organizational tasks. Responsibilities (Typical Working Day) Voucher Processing: Prepare and execute vouchers for transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Expense Management: Assist with preparation and reconciliation of expense reports; track and submit receipts. Administrative Contract Support: Manage documentation, tracking, and coordination of administrative contracts. Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist with invoice tracking, follow-Client, and basic reporting. DocuSign Management: Coordinate electronic document signing (sending, tracking, filing). Light Marketing & Event Support: Assist with minor marketing tasks and support internal/client-facing events. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings for brokers. Printing & Binding: Prepare marketing materials, including collateral for presentations or client meetings. Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general support as needed. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic computer functions. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign (plus). Experience with CRM systems (plus).
