Salary Range: $31200.00 - $34000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain the organization and tidiness of common office areas.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Handle general office inquiries via phone and email.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous office administration experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive attitude and a willingness to help.
Ability to multitask and manage various tasks effectively.
