Position Overview
As a Holiday Concierge, you will staff a gift-wrapping station during the holiday season, providing elevated hospitality and polished gift presentation. You will greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude and wrap their gifts in a clean, professional manner to create a high-end gifting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, high-end customer experience.
- Operate and maintain the holiday gift-wrapping station.
- Professionally wrap gifts of various sizes and shapes using a variety of wrapping materials.
- Ensure all wrapped gifts meet quality and presentation standards.
- Help guests choose gift wrap, ribbons, bows, and other presentation options.
- Answer guest questions and provide courteous assistance.
- Manage wait times and keep an organized workflow during busy periods.
- Keep the wrapping area clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Replenish supplies such as paper, tape, ribbons, gift bags, and decorative materials.
- Handle multiple guest requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Work with team members to keep holiday operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude, especially during high-volume periods.
Required Qualifications
- Gift-wrapping experience is required.
- At least 1 year of recent customer service and/or hospitality experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
