Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
Day to day tasks:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures
- Provide general reception and front desk support
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Required Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a front-office environment
