Do you love animals? Office Technicians are the first impression of our facility! They are in charge of all customer interactions and the guests' instructional care. They can help where they are needed, whether it is in the main office or the kennel area.
Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Front Office Work (i.e., scanning and updating files, returning voicemails/emails, answering phone calls, preparing for the guests, and social media)
- Check-ins and outs.
- Help back staff with basic cleanliness of kennel when neede.
- Helping set up/place animals.
- Clean up after animal messes in the office designated areas.
- Assist with bathing animals.
Position hours:
- Monday: 12pm - 6pm.
- Tuesday-Thursday: 6am - 6pm.
