Oil Loader

The Oil Loadout Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate loading and unloading of oil products and related materials. This position supports daily plant and shipping operations by ensuring product movements are completed correctly, documented accurately, and handled in accordance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload oil products from trucks, railcars, tanks, or other approved transportation equipment. Verify product, tank, carrier, and load information before beginning each transfer. Connect and disconnect hoses, pumps, valves, and related equipment. Monitor transfers to prevent spills, contamination, overfills, or product loss. Complete load tickets, shipping documents, and required system entries accurately. Inspect loading areas, hoses, fittings, valves, pumps, and related equipment and report any issues. Obtain or assist with product samples as required. Maintain product segregation and follow contamination-prevention procedures. Communicate with drivers, Shipping, Quality, Operations, and management regarding load status or issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety, environmental, and operating procedures. Assist with inventory verification and other product movement activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
