The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail outstanding time management and communication skills a commitment to exceptional employee support and the ability to build relationships at every level of the organization.ResponsibilitiesTravel to job sites and complete fuel oil and greasing operations on equipment and vehicles.Complete daily DOT required information truck inspections and timecard.Travel to various locations around the Charlotte area in fuel truck provided by HEI Civil.Support direct supervisor and adhere to direction.Communicate with supervisor and job site foreman to maintain high efficiency of fueling operations.Work during hours directed by HEI Civil to keep our fleet running daily.Work independently or with fellow employees contractors etc.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic.Works well independently and has a passion to learn.Good organization skills and follow through.Alert focused and detail oriented.Disciplined dependable accountable and punctual.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of safe work practices.Basic understanding of Caterpillar and construction equipment principles and procedures.Valid and current Commercial Drivers License.Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Fueler required.Education and ExperienceEducation High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Driving on and off-road commercial vehicles on construction sites a plus.
