We are seeking an experienced Okta Architect to design and implement a robust identity management solution, making Okta the single source of truth across all applications and systems.

    Job Summary:
    As an Okta Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and implementation of our identity and access management (IAM) solution. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, application experts, and ICAM specialists to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Your role will focus on building approval workflows, implementing gating processes, and consolidating identity solutions into a unified platform using Okta.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement an overarching Okta-based identity solution to serve as the single source of truth for all applications.
    • Collaborate with engineers, application teams, and ICAM experts to ensure a cohesive end-to-end deployment.
    • Develop and configure approval workflows tailored to organizational needs, ensuring efficient user provisioning and access management.
    • Implement gating actions and processes, including self-service capabilities where appropriate.
    • Lead the consolidation of multiple identity locations into a unified, scalable Okta platform.
    • Maintain and document the architecture, workflows, and integration processes for continuous improvement.
    • Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with cybersecurity best practices.
    • Operate in a hybrid work environment, primarily at Squadra's office.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Okta Architect or in a similar IAM-focused role.
    • Deep understanding of Okta capabilities, including integration and workflow development.
    • Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
    • Experience with approval workflows and gating process implementation.
    • Ability to lead complex IAM projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with application and ICAM systems is highly desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications in Okta or related IAM technologies.
    • Experience in consolidating legacy identity systems into a single platform.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
