Job Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, boring mills, and lathes
- Maintain ±0.0005" tolerances on complex parts
- Interpret blueprints using GD&T principles
- Recommend design/process improvements
- Work with metals: stainless, titanium, tool steels
Job Requirements:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experience with Okuma Vetical Mills, Lathes, Multus or Fanuc CNC control systems
- Comfortable machining aerospace parts from small stock
- Skilled in set-ups, fixturing and optimizing tool life
- Robotics/lights-out machining experience is a bonus
