Job Skills / Requirements

The On-Call Flex Security Officer will be cross-trained to provide security coverage at four assigned locations in the Medford, Spencer, and Marshfield, Wisconsin areas. This is a part-time, as-needed position with hours and shifts that vary based on operational needs, staffing shortages, and unexpected absences. Candidates must be willing and able to accept call-in shifts, including last-minute coverage requests, and understand that availability and responsiveness are essential requirements of this position. Officers are expected to maintain open communication, promptly answer or return calls and messages from Operations Managers, and respond professionally to coverage requests. Consistent unavailability, failure to communicate, or repeated failure to respond to Operations Managers may affect an officer's ability to remain in this position. The base pay rate is $18.00 per hour for scheduled shifts, with a minimum pay rate of $20.00 per hour for unscheduled, last-minute call-ins. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work across all assigned locations as staffing needs arise. Candidates MUST have their OWN reliable transportation. Other Qualifications:

• Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function.
• Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to obtain a WI Security License*
• Must have HS Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and have computer experience

Relocation is not provided and travel is required occasionally
